TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
1. Orders may be placed by phone, fax and
e-mail - sales@ic-sports.com or over our secure web site.
2. Prices and availability subject
to change without notice.
3. Prices do not include shipping
charges.
4. All orders including shipping must be paid for in full before
any product will be shipped.
5. Payment can be made by Cashier's check,
MasterCard or Visa .
6. All returned product must have prior
authorization before returning.
7. There will be a 20% restocking charge
for any order that is refused or return to us without prior approval.
8.
Any damage or errors in shipments must be reported to us within 7 days upon
receipt or sale will be deemed final.
9. Not responsible for any
typographical errors in print or via the Internet.
10. Please allow 2-3
weeks plus delivery time.
11. All customers will be notified of non
shipment of orders or shortages due to error or unavailability of product.
